Lindsay Lohan Naked

The last time we saw personal pictures of Lindsay Lohan, she was drinking underage (in a car no less), surrounded by drugs, and giving the middle finger.

Not much has changed. In this new set of old pictures (her hair is black, so they were taken quite a while ago), Lindsay Lohan is up to her old tricks. Namely drinking Jack Daniels whisky, possibly (probably) using drugs (there's what looks like a white dime bag of coke on the table behind her), and yes, giving the middle finger. This time, however, she ups the ante by getting almost totally naked.

What do you think of Lindsay Lohan being naked?

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan will begin her community service hours soon as penance for grifting some jewelry (well, technically, violating her probation from her previous drunk and drunker charges) and I can't help but wonder, as much as there is some thrill from knowing Lindsay will be mopping floors or cleaning toilets in some odoriferous locale, shouldn't we, the community, get served in a manner that best serves us? I mean, Lindsay Lohan remains hot, ginger or blonde, behind bars or just at bars, she remains a lust-inducing young hottie, and, well, couldn't the judge have ordered her to take some nekkid photos or something? Talk about giving back to the community. I can clean my own toilet, thank you very much, I want nekkid Lindsay!

Channing Tatum

When you have to make a choice between early retirement and making a movie about a male stripper, starring a male stripper, the decision is easy: male stripper movie.

Steven Soderbergh, who has sworn that he'll retire soon, is staying in the movie making game to direct Channing Tatum in "Magic Mike," a film about a male stripper and his protege. Its based on a true story, starring the story's inspiration -- before becoming an actor, Tatum worked as a stripper. So he'll be going method.

"This was a wild and pivotal time in my life and I couldn't be more thrilled to go down the rabbit hole with Steven," Tatum said in a statement. Soderbergh was similarly excited.

In fact, she’s happy about it!

Arnold Schwarzenegger

Before he gets back to Terminating, Arnold Schwarzenegger is going soft. And he'll be crying all the way to the bank.

Schwarzenegger is set to star in the film "Cry Macho," and will make a pretty penny for his big screen comeback. Deadline's Nikke Finke reports that the movie star turned Governor turned movie star again will play a Kentucky Derby-winning horse breeder who sinks to depression and alcoholism after losing his wife and kids.

A deal is being worked out, Finke reports, that will pay Schwarzenegger $10 million upfront and 25% first dollar gross on the back end. For his first major film since 2003, it's an impressive package.

Tallulah Willis Nabbed

Tallulah Belle Willis, the 17-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, had a brush with the law last night over alcohol.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops spotted three girls getting out of a car in Hollywood at around 11:00 PM, carrying what appeared to be two bottles of alcohol. The officers probed further and determined it was indeed the hard stuff. Here's the problem ... all three girls are underage.

Tallulah Belle and her cohorts were cited at the scene for underage possession -- but since Tallulah Belle -- who has appeared in "The Scarlet Letter" and "The Whole Ten Yards" -- is a minor, cops couldn't just release her .... they needed to find an adult to pick her up .

Berger says the couple has not named the children yet. Cannon drove Carey to the hospital in their Rolls-Royce Phantom. Berger said the 41-year-old Carey, who had gone through false labor, was calm, thinking that it was another false alarm.

Anchorman 2

As network news continues to leak anchors and see their audience numbers sink, art, it seems, is imitating life. And so the newsroom lights go dark on Ron Burgundy, the legendary San Diego newsman turned iconic national co-anchor.

Out promoting his new indie film "Everything Must Go," Will Ferrell, who starred as the blustery, brain-dead late 70's local news anchor, blasted the suits at Paramount Pictures for their refusal to produce a sequel to the smash hit 2004 film "Anchorman."

The film, which cemented Ferrell's movie superstar status and brought Paul Rudd and Steve Carell to the forefront of comedy, grossed $90 million worldwide on a $26 million budget and is a regular television syndication favorite. Still, it's not enough to convince Paramount to green light a second film, Ferrell says.

Emily Browning

Don't expect to see this one get its own ride at Disneyland anytime soon.

Emily Browning goes tastefully nude in the new Cannes poster for her Jane Campion-produced film, "Sleeping Beauty." There's no maiden in desperate need of a prince's kiss, though; Browning plays a girl lured into a world of secret prostitutes who convinced to take a drug that makes her comatose as clients fulfill their most twisted sex fantasies.

Browning, most recently of twisted fantasy film "Sucker Punch," landed the role after a real Disney princess, Mia Wasikowska, turned it down. Nice pickup for Browning; it looks like it could be an indie coup.

Alabama Tornadoes 2011

Alabama alone has confirmed 128 deaths as a result of the massive storms, which spawned countless tornadoes in multiple states.

Tuscaloosa, Alabama -- a city of over 83,000 and home to University of Alabama -- was one of the hardest hit areas in the state. The mayor said that the city's police and emergency services were devastated, and has reported at least 15 deaths, with over 100 people in a single hospital as a result of the storms.

Crystal Bowersox

"American Idol" Season 9 runner-up Crystal Bowersox returned to the "Idol" stage Thursday night (April 28) to perform "Ridin' with the Radio." What did you think?

We thought it was a great song for Crystal's voice, though we aren't sure it's going to be a big breakout radio hit. Up until now the only single released off her debut album "Farmer's Daughter" was the track of the same name. "Hold On" was supposed to be the debut single, but it was changed at the last minute.

No other singles have been released - could "Ridin' with the Radio" be the next one? That wouldn't surprise us, since she chose that one to do for "American Idol." We hope she finally gets a breakout hit here somewhere, she's an interesting talent.

We'll post video of Crystal's performance just as soon as we have it. For now, here's a live version of her on the song from VH1.

Reggie Bush

Mark Ingram is officially a New Orleans Saint, and that could mean the end of the Saints career for former first-round pick Reggie Bush.

The USC back didn’t seem too happy when the Saints drafted Ingram, throwing up the following comment on Twitter after the pick was made.

“It’s been fun New Orleans.”

Bush could use the pick of Ingram for a reason to force his way out of New Orleans, even though the Saints have said they would like to keep the kick returner and running back.

The Saints would owe Bush $11.3 million in 2011, but there’s no way he will make that. He could force the team to release him instead of taking a pay cut. Sounds like Bush is trying to pave the way to not be in the Big Easy in the near future.

NFL Draft

AND THE SEAHAWKS SELECT … OT JAMES CARPENTER, ALABAMA: And if you’ve never heard of him, you’re not alone. A very curious pick for the Seahawks, given the considerable amount of offensive and defensive line talent still on the board. We’ll have much more on Carpenter later, but for now we have to write a quick story on the selection.

No. 24, CAMERON JORDAN: Yet another D-line selection. Jordan’s a defensive end from California. Jimmy Smith sticking out like a sore thumb for the Seahawks right now. The moment of truth is here.

No. 23, DANNY WATKINS: Seahawks were reported to be high on the Baylor offensive guard, but he goes to the Philadelphia Eagles here. One more pick before Seattle. Jimmy Smith still available. Here we go.

No. 22, ANTHONY CASTONZO: There goes one of Seattle’s offensive line options. The Indianapolis Colts took the big tackle from Boston College. Still, plenty of talent on both sides of the line still on the board.

No. 21, PHIL TAYLOR: Another trade here, Kansas City dealing its pick at No. 21 to Cleveland for the Browns’ pick at No. 27, and a third-rounder at No. 70. Cleveland takes Taylor, a defensive tackle from Baylor.

No. 20, ADRIAN CLAYBORN: Another defensive lineman comes off the board as Tampa Bay takes Iowa’s Clayborn. Cam Jordan and Da’Quan Bowers are still out there, too. Seahawks are going to have a tough decision to make. But that’s a good thing, in this case.

No. 19, PRINCE AMUKAMARA: Nice pickup for the Giants, snagging perhaps the second-best cornerback in the draft. Five more picks before Seattle is on the clock, and Jimmy Smith, Muhammad Wilkerson, Marvin Austin, Andy Dalton, Gabe Carimi, Danny Watkins and Mark Ingram still remain available. All intriguing options.

No. 18, COREY LIUGET: He’d have been a good fit for the Seahawks, but not a big surprise that Illinois DT Liuget is gone from the board to the San Diego Chargers.

No. 17, NATE SOLDER: With Prince Amukamara still on the board, the Patriots go with Solder, an offensive tackle from Colorado. Seahawks are eight picks away with a bunch of talent still out there.

No. 16, RYAN KERRIGAN: The Redskins pick up a linebacker, taking Purdue’s Kerrigan. He’s another “leo” guy. Remember, Washington also has Jacksonville’s second-round pick at No. 49.

No. 15, MIKE POUNCEY: The second offensive lineman drafted, Pouncey goes to the Miami Dolphins. That means the University of Florida guard gets to stay in the same state where he attended college.

No. 14, ROBERT QUINN: The Rams are the third NFC West team to pick, and they take Quinn, another “leo” guy from North Carolina. Each NFC West team thus far has opted for defense.

No. 13, NICK FAIRLEY: Um, running the ball against the Detroit Lions next season isn’t going to be much fun. They just added Auburn DT Fairley to a defensive line that already includes sack master Ndamukong Suh.

No. 12, CHRISTIAN PONDER — I’d classify this as a bigger “wow” than the Locker pick. Ponder, a Florida State product, becomes the fourth quarterback drafted in the first round. Don’t know if I remember anyone placing Ponder this high in their mocks.

No. 11, J.J. WATT — The Texans go with defense, taking Wisconsin defensive end J.J. Watt.

No. 10, BLAINE GABBERT — Gabbert stays in the top 10, going to the Jacksonville Jaguars after they traded their first-round pick (No. 16) and a second-round pick (No. 49) to move up. Andy Dalton, Christian Ponder, Ryan Mallett and Colin Kaepernick are the remaining top-tier quarterbacks still on the board.

No. 9, TYRON SMITH — The Twitter fervor over Locker’s selection died down and the Dallas Cowboys took USC offensive tackle Tyron Smith.

No. 8 — Hey, I know this name — JAKE LOCKER: Well, how’s that for a surprise? Jake Locker is the second quarterback taken in the NFL Draft. Everyone already heralding this as the first shocker of the day. Hard to disagree.

Have to step away from the live chat for a second to write this one up.

UPDATE: Here’s the quick story I posted about Locker over on the Huskies blog.

No. 7, ALDON SMITH: San Francisco also chooses to pass on Gabbert, instead taking his teammate, Smith, a “leo” type pass-rusher. Gabbert and his flowing locks continue to wait.

TRADE DETAILS: Yikes. The Falcons just gave up a first-round pick (No. 27), a second-round pick (No. 59) and a fourth-round pick (No. 124) in this year’s draft, plus a first-rounder and a fourth-rounder in 2012 just for the chance to draft Jones at No. 6. Atlanta better hope the kid is as good as advertised.

WE’VE GOT A TRADE: Atlanta just traded up from No. 27 to grab the No. 6 pick from the Cleveland Browns. And the Falcons have taken Alabama WR Julio Jones with the No. 6 pick, creating a 1-2 punch of Roddy White and Jones as pass-catching options for quarterback Matt Ryan. The Falcons is gonna be real good.

No. 5, PATRICK PETERSON: This is the most important pick yet as far as the Seahawks are concerned. Peterson was thought by many to be the best player in the draft class, and he gives the Cardinals an immediate shut-down cornerback. Not going to be fun to throw the ball against that guy twice a year.

No. 4, A.J. GREEN: The first semi-interesting pick of the day. Lots of folks thought the Bengals might go with Missouri QB Blaine Gabbert, but they went with Green, the receiver from Georgia, instead. But only because Akili Smith was unavailable.

No. 3, MARCELL DAREUS: The Bills take the big defensive tackle from Alabama, an obvious choice. There was some thought they’d go quarterback, though.

No. 2, VON MILLER: The Texas A&M linebacker goes to Denver with the second pick. He and his family appear rather pleased.

NEWTON IS No. 1: No surprise as Auburn quarterback Cam Newton is the first player selected. He’s smiling, likely because he has enough money saved from his college days that he isn’t concerned about lockout ramifications.

GOODELL: “Let’s get back to some football.” After the league does everything it can to keep the lockout in place, of course.

WAR ROOM: Want to see inside the Seahawks’ draft room? Their official website has a live stream you can watch.

GETTING TECHNICAL: This is the title atop the very helpful official draft order sheet the Seahawks folks have supplied for us here: “2011 NFL Annual Selection Meeting.” That is indeed the official name of the NFL draft. Doesn’t quite have the same ring to it, though.

WHO’S No. 25?: In case you were wondering, these are the players selected with the No. 25 pick in the past 11 drafts, in descending order beginning with last season: QB Tim Tebow, DB Vontae Davis, DB Mike Jenkins, LB Jon Beason, WR Santonio Holmes, QB Jason Campbell, DB Ahmad Carroll, DT William Joseph, DE Charles Grant, WR Freddie Mitchell, DT Chris Hovan.

LOUD BOOS: NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is booed loudly as he takes the podium to begin the draft festivities. He shrewdly initiates a moment of silence for those effected by the tornado that ravaged the south on Wednesday. That at least quieted the crowd for a while.

Michael Scott

Michael Scott's (and Steve Carell's) last day at "The Office" promises to be an emotional one. This isn't going to be a play-by-play live blog, exactly, but we're hoping to capture our initial impressions of Carell's goodbye more or less as they happen. Come along for what we're expecting to be a tear-jerking ride.

So, here we go. NBC showed "Garage Sale" leading into this episode, so we're suitably prepared to get all sentimental.

Cold open: Fresh Rocky Mountain oysters, huh Dwight? It seems on-point that Dwight would be more concerned about his own future than Michael leaving. Also: The roof of Dunder Mifflin is probably not quite enough to get used to the altitude in Colorado.

Blaine Gabbert

1. Blaine Gabbert, Missouri (6-4, 234)

Gabbert is a big, strong-armed, mobile quarterback capable of pinpoint accuracy and big plays. He is confident in his arm and accuracy, and he will thread the needle into tight coverage, man to man or zone.

Gabbert’s ability to move and deliver short and intermediate passes with good accuracy and make it look effortless is a reason he’s a prospect with starter potential. In contrast to a player like Jake Locker, Gabbert can throw the ball on the move to his left, right, or in a back pedal and deliver the ball with pinpoint accuracy anywhere on the field in the 5-15 yard range.

He also has excellent placement of the ball on the move from distances of 30-45 yards. When he sets and delivers with good form, he can throw the ball as far and with as much velocity as any N.F.L. team should reasonably expect from a quarterback.

It’s this arm and accuracy paired with Gabbert’s ability to move in the pocket and keep plays alive with his feet that makes him a top-end prospect. The way he delivers the ball on the move or under pressure reminds me a lot of Brett Favre. He has the kind of trigger release at the last second, and his feet move very much like Farve on these types of plays.

What I believe will make Gabbert a good N.F.L. starter is that he plays with the level of aggression needed to make big plays, but he also displays the maturity to throw the ball away or find the quick check-down on early downs. I’m also impressed that Gabbert will err on the side of overthrowing his receivers rather than waiting too long and delivering underthrown passes that are more likely to be intercepted.

Gabbert climbs the pocket away from pressure and keeps his eyes downfield while keeping his body in a good throwing position. He does a fine job of getting his feet under him to deliver the ball on the move with velocity and accuracy, and he demonstrates nice anticipation of routes to give his receivers time to make the reception and then gain yards after the catch. Gabbert uses pump fakes and shoulder fakes with enough skill to manipulate defenders and create openings downfield. The fact that Gabbert consistently integrates these skills separates him from prospects like Cam Newton, Jake Locker and Ryan Mallett.

I like the tempo with which Gabbert operated his offense: getting the team quickly to the line, checking the defense and finding hot reads in addition to making the game-changing plays expected from an elite, college offensive player.

There were a lot more moments in 2010 when Gabbert held onto the ball too long when he was under pressure than in 2009. He wasn’t as consistent handling pressure up the middle as he was from the outside. And he’ll make some very aggressive throws that won’t always work. But Gabbert is a player who does a better job of playing the line between aggressive and reckless than the other strong-armed prospects in this class.

Julio Jones

The Atlanta Falcons gave up 2011 and 2012 first round picks, a 2011 second round pick and both 2011 and 2012 fourth round picks. It's an audacious move, one that flies in the face of everything the team has done in its careful quest to build a championship team over the last three years. It's a move that will define Thomas Dimitroff's tenure in Atlanta, fairly or not.

Let's tackle Julio Jones first. A big (roughly 6'3') wide receiver, an excellent blocker and a phenomenal physical specimen, Jones could make a case for the most electrifying offensive threat in the draft outside of Cameron Newton. The knocks on the guy are his hands--Roddy White showed us you can overcome that weakness--and some concerns over injuries. If he can answer those, he's going to be an awesome pro.

The Falcons saw the need to upgrade their offense and have unquestionably done it. Moving Jenkins and Douglas into a timeshare in the slot gives the team situational versatility while putting two extremely talented wideouts on the outside in White and Jones. They're going to be a nightmare for opposing cornerbacks, and Jones has the potential to be an all-time great. I truly believe that.

What do you think of Julio?

Robert Quinn

Unexpected twists and turns in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft, like a run on quarterbacks in the first twelve picks, gave the St. Louis Rams some of the top picks on their board to choose from with the 14th pick. In fact, GM Billy Devaney and his staff were so pleased with the players available they declined offers to trade down. And with that pick they selected North Carolina DE Robert Quinn, one of the draft's best pure pass rushers. Just how much of an impact will Quinn have in his rookie season? And will the Rams now have the best pass rush in the NFC West?

Let's start with Quinn. First and foremost, the Rams got a steal. Quinn was a top ten, top five, player on most draft boards, and he slid all the way down to the Rams. Most of the teams likely to pick Quinn opted for a QB or a trade, like Tennessee and Cleveland. Had Quinn been off the board, St. Louis would have most likely been picking between Mark Ingram, Prince Amukamara and Corey Liuget.

On getting emotional when getting a call from the Broncos

I saw a 303 (area code) number, and I knew immediately who it was. I just had flashbacks to all the hard work that I’ve been putting in ever since little league football, all the people who told me, ‘No,’ and every time that everybody said I couldn’t do it. I just had that flashback. I was just extremely anxious for my opportunity to go up to the league and prove myself.”

Gabe Carimi

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) — Needing offensive line help after seeing quarterback Jay Cutler beaten up by the Green Bay Packers in the NFC championship game, the Chicago Bears went behind enemy lines for help.

They selected Wisconsin offensive tackle Gabe Carimi with the 29th pick in the NFL draft Thursday night after failing in an attempt to trade up three picks with the Baltimore Ravens in order to select the 2010 Outland Trophy winner.

“I had a great feeling I’d end up with the Bears,” said the 6-foot-7, 314-pound Carimi. “It’s a great organization. I can’t be happier than to play for them.”

Carimi started 49 games for Wisconsin at left tackle. Last season, Carimi faced Ohio State’s Cameron Heyward, Iowa’s Adrian Clayborn and Purdue’s Ryan Kerrigan and held them to seven tackles, two for losses. All three of those Big Ten.

While MTV sends the cast of "Jersey Shore" to Italy, England is getting its very own cast of hard-partying, drink-happy characters, as they've announced the cast of "Geordie Shore." The cast looks similar to the American show; muscle-bound guys and girls fond of eye shadow predominate, and many of them match up to their American cousins.

The star tweeted the news on Thursday afternoon, writing, "Yes! And I can now confirm I'm EFFIE TRINKET in @TheHungerGames. So excited!"

Banks was first linked to the role over a week ago. Trinket is the adult escort and sometimes protector of the story's heroes -- Katniss, Peeta and Gale -- teenage warriors battling in a nationally broadcast fighting tournament on a post-Apocalyptic vision of Earth.

Jennifer Lawrence will play Katniss, the story's lead; Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth take on Peeta and Gale, respectively.

"We shot everything -- whether it's the lovemaking or the childbirth -- as potent and powerful as it can be," he told the magazine. "It will be interesting to see whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this universe."

Powerful tornadoes ripped across Northern Alabama Wednesday as part of one of the deadliest tornado outbreaks in recent memory.

As of this morning, according to AL.com, the Huntsville, AL death toll was up to 8, with at least 82 injuries, 7 of which are critical. Wednesday saw another 50 people, many in critical condition, taken to the hospital following the 6 tornadoes that came through.

A "dusk 'til dawn," curfew has been put into effect as a result, according to AL.com.

At a press conference at 8:30 this morning, officials offered advice during the curfew. Largely they stressed the need to conserve fuel, not to flood the 911 number, and to limit hospital visits to the severely injured.

Bridesmaids

'Bridesmaids' Trailer: Kristen Wiig, Jon Hamm Have Sex In New Comedy.

Jon Hamm features in a new trailer for the upcoming Universal comedy "Bridesmaids," with a goofy, nightmarish sex scene that helps send star Kristen Wiig into a state of semi-despair when her best friend, played by Maya Rudolph, announces her engagement and asks Wiig to be her maid of honor.

Luckily for movie fans, things only get worse for Wiig as she struggles to bring the big event together. Produced by Judd Apatow, the film is being billed as a female version of bachelor party nightmare comedy "The Hangover," and from the trailer below, it may just fit the bill.

Co-starring Ellie Kemper, Rose Byrne, Melissa McCarthy and Wendi McLendon-Covey, "Bridesmaids," directed by comedy ace Paul Feig, hits theaters May 13th.

The move came as a surprise to the press corps, many of whom had not shown up for Wednesday's early-morning White House briefing. By the time word had spread that Obama would be making a 9:45 a.m. statement on the matter, however, the top anchors at all the networks had scurried into the briefing room.

Once there, they received a presidential scolding for their concern with "silliness." Obama began his five-minute statement with the complaint that he wouldn't be able to get the networks to break into their regularly scheduled programming for a speech on policy proposals.
